Sue has been devoted to making properties in the greater Grand Rapids and surrounding areas cleaner since 1979. She began her career at an early age, and just as proud of raising 3 (now adult children) in their thirties, she recognize her role, however small it may seem to be, caring for the building environments as well as her children were part of her overall vision to not only provide a better future for her children, but she has cared for her clients buildings with the same passion.

Sanitizing & Disinfectant Services

Sue has been using products from X-cel chemical for the past 28 years. We use Franklin Q 128 a product we purchase from X-cel Chemical whom has supplied it to Grand Valley State University as their main sanitizing agent for the past 25 years.

We compartmentalize areas to be treated so that we can keep surfaces saturated for 10 minutes at a time to meet manufacturers recommendations and obtain the highest levels of sanitation.
